Where This Philosophy Comes From
Brittany Pugliese was born into the dog industry. Her father trained service dogs. She did not arrive at this work through a weekend certification or a career pivot. She grew up in it, and has spent 25+ years working professionally with dogs of every background, temperament, and complexity.
That experience taught her one consistent truth: the dogs who struggle most are almost always the ones who got lost in the volume somewhere. The ones nobody slowed down long enough to really read.
Must Love Dogs™ exists because Brittany refused to build something that would create those dogs.
